International Management
"International Management" is the eight semester extended Business Administration undergraduate program at FHWS which leads to a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
The study program has a high international quota. That means that at least 50% of the program has to be studied in a foreign language.
Furthermore, students who participate in the program "International Management" need to go abroad for three semesters.
For two semesters these students study at a partner university of FHWS. The third semester abroad is an internship which has not implicitly to be done in the country where the partner university is located.
After returning home, the students attend two majors. One major has to be "International Business". The second one can be chosen out of a range of majors being offered by the faculty. In addition, they need to study electives worth of 10 ECTS out of the English program of the faculty and have to prepare their bachelor's thesis in the last semester.
After completion of this program, the students are well prepared for the international labor market or for continuing their studies on a master level.

Dual Degree
The University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt offers a Dual Degree Program in International Business. This option is only open to students from our Dual Degree partner institutions. Dual Degree agreements with partner institutions are based on the reciprocal exchange of students for the purpose of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree at both universities: the home and the host university.

Orientation for Incoming Students studying in the Dual Degree Program
Students who study within the Dual Degree Program have to be enrolled at FHWS for 3 Semesters.
Dual Degree Students need to obtain 90 ECTS according to the regulations of the Studien- and Prüfungsordnung of the International Management Program at FHWS. They have to pass 60 ECTS in two theoretical semesters and 30 ECTS in a practical semester.
